What information we collect
When you use our website or services, we may collect:

How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We may share it with:
- Service providers who help us operate (like email services)
- Business tools we use (like CRM systems) to manage your requests
- Advertising partners (such as Google, Meta, Microsoft, LinkedIn and Reddit), to measure and improve our advertising: an encrypted (hashed) version of your email, and the fact that you took an action such as submitting a form, booking a call or becoming a client. We never share your phone number with advertising partners.
- Legal authorities if required by law
Under California law and similar state laws, the advertising sharing above may count as "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can opt out at any time; see Your privacy choices.
Text messaging (SMS)
If you opt in to receive text messages from us, by checking the text-message box on one of our forms, by texting one of our business numbers, or by asking us in writing to text you, we use your mobile number only to send the messages you agreed to: follow-ups on your request, appointment confirmations and reminders, and replies to your questions. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Mobile phone numbers and text-messaging opt-in consent are not shared with, sold to, or rented to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. They are shared only with the messaging provider that delivers our texts, as needed to deliver them.
Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. After you opt out you will receive one confirmation message and nothing further unless you opt back in by replying START.
Your rights
You can:
- Ask us what information we have about you
- Ask us to update or delete your information
- Opt out of marketing emails (unsubscribe link in every email)
Depending on where you live (including California), you may also correct your information, opt out of its sale or sharing (see Your privacy choices), and limit the use of sensitive information. We won't treat you differently for exercising these rights.

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no system is 100% secure. We use industry-standard security measures.
Cookies & advertising technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies for analytics (Google Analytics) and, where enabled, for advertising and conversion measurement with partners including Google, Meta, Microsoft, LinkedIn, X, and Reddit — to understand how you found us and to measure and improve our campaigns. We also use Leadfeeder to identify the companies behind visits to this website, based on the visit's IP address; it tells us which organizations are interested, not who you are personally. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.
Your privacy choices: Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Your browser is sending a Global Privacy Control signal. We already treat this browser as opted out: our advertising and company-identification tags don't load, and forms you submit from it are never shared with advertising partners.
Enter the email address you used with us. We'll stop sharing information about you with advertising partners, including anything already queued, and keep you opted out if you contact us again. This browser will also stop loading our advertising and company-identification tags.
