Trust

You're trusting us with the system your business runs on.

Operations isn't a side project. It's the backbone your revenue, your data, and your team depend on — so we treat it that way. Here's how we handle what you hand us, and what we deliberately don't claim.

How we handle what you trust us with

No certifications to wave around — just disciplined, transparent handling you can verify.

Senior principals only

The people who touch your systems are the three principals who built them — not a junior or offshore bench rotating behind a sales call. Fewer hands on sensitive data is itself a security posture.

Least-privilege access

We take only the access a build actually requires, scoped to the work in front of us — and we remove it cleanly when the engagement ends.

Data minimization

We collect and move only the data the build needs. We don't pull data we don't need, and we don't move it where it doesn't belong.

A human on every AI decision

Automation does the mechanical work — extraction, scoring, routing. People stay accountable for judgment. No decision an AI touches goes out without a person on it.

Infrastructure you already trust

We build on AWS, Cloudflare, Supabase, and Postgres, and we use their native security primitives rather than rolling our own.

We operate inside your terms

NDAs, your MSA and DPA, your access controls. We work within the agreements and controls you already have, not around them.

We hold our own data to the same bar

We operate our own product, Kinaura, on real user data and live Stripe payments. We build your systems to the standard we hold our own.

Experience where it matters

An AI underwriting engine built for a finance firm, enterprise Salesforce and AWS work, and years in regulated, performance-sensitive environments. We've handled sensitive operations before.

How we work with you

Clients in finance and lending hand us systems their revenue runs on — so the engagement machinery itself is built for transparency.

  • Named team: an account lead and the assigned engineer are your direct contacts — the people who scope it build it.
  • A Confluence workspace per client: activity logging, living documentation, decisions, and change orders — visible to you, amendable, auditable.
  • Checkpoint sessions on a stated cadence, each with a written recap.
  • Milestone billing: you pay on delivered checkpoints, not on faith.

The full delivery machinery is laid out in the method.

A note on honesty

We're a senior team, not a certification body. We don't claim badges we haven't earned — no security-firm theater, no certifications we don't hold. What we offer is disciplined, transparent handling, and a clear scope so you always know what we can and can't see. If you need formal certification for a specific requirement, we'll tell you plainly where we fit and where we don't.
