GTM coaching funnel with booking and lead capture

A coaching brand needed a credible web funnel—not a brochure—with booking, waitlist, and automated lead routing. Operators can now capture and route leads without manual copy-paste between tools.

Business phase

A coaching and advisory brand was ready to move past a static brochure site and stand up a credible web funnel that could actually capture and convert demand.

The bottleneck

Operators were moving new leads by hand, copy-pasting details between booking, intake, and CRM tools instead of running a single connected flow.

The operating drag

Without automated routing, leads from booking, waitlist, and contact forms landed in separate places, so nothing tied them together or handed them cleanly to the CRM.

What we saw

The brand didn't need a prettier brochure—it needed a funnel that captured, organized, and routed leads automatically so the team could stop doing manual copy-paste between tools.

What we built

We built a multi-page funnel with contact and waitlist flows, Cal.com booking, and webhook integrations for notifications and CRM handoff, on a React, Vite, TypeScript, Supabase, shadcn-ui, and Tailwind stack.

Handoff

Handoff included documentation and a walkthrough so the team could run the funnel and its lead routing without us.

The win

The funnel ties booking, waitlist, and contact flows together and routes new leads through webhooks to notifications and CRM, so operators can capture and route leads without manual copy-paste between tools.

What came next

With the funnel live and routing leads end to end, the brand had a foundation to extend as their capture and follow-up needs grew.
